  • Yes, you can book a one-time clean. Please note that an extra charge will apply.

  • Yes, I bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • I will never ask you to leave your home! That being said, I do ask you to give some space so the job can get done efficiently.

  • I will send you an invoice once the job is complete. Payments can be made via e-transfer

  • Yes, pets can be at home during the cleaning as long as they are friendly and comfortable around strangers. To ensure that your pets do not feel distressed, we recommend finding an alternative place for them if they are anxious or struggle with new people. This helps us maintain a calm environment and ensures a smooth cleaning process.

  • Please let me know 48 hours in advance to your scheduled visit if you would like to add any extra services.

  • I am a solo cleaner, ensuring personalized and dedicated service for each client.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
